Note: This will only work if the RDS function is switched off in the

setup menu.

1 Press the << or >> button 2.

✔ The frequency changes in 100 kHz steps.

Tuning into MW stations

You can automatically and manually tune into stations in MW radio mode.

To do so, you have to configure what functions are assigned to the << / >> 2

buttons in the setup menu.

1 Press the MEN button :.

✔ The setup menu is displayed.

2 Keep pressing the softkey assigned to SEARCH until the required > or >>

option appears. The default setting is >>.

The > option means that you can tune into a station manually.

The >> option means that automatic seek tuning will be started.

Automatic seek tuning - MW

To tune into stations automatically,

1 press the >> button 2 to seek tune upwards

1 the << button 2 to seek tune downwards.

✔ The unit tunes into the next station.

Tuning into stations manually - MW

If you already know a station’s frequency, you can tune into it manually. This

can be useful if you want to tune into a station that is not picked up by the

automatic seek tuning feature.

1 Press the << or >> button 2.
